Yoga is almost essentials and considered to be the most effective way to stay fit and healthy. The best thing about it that you can go for this everywhere and at any time of the day. Yoga practices are helpful in maintaining good organs and other parts of the body such as the muscles, joints, glands, tissues and vital organs. Here are some procedures that you can practice during your yoga session. In fact you will face very difficult to perform at your initial practice. You beed to be very honest at your hobby. The eminent preacher Swami Sivananda taught us that Sadhana has three prongs, like a Trisula (trident):

Day-to-day routine - You need to practice the Yoga every day in a fixed procedure in a particular time schedule. These three items should be very important in your daily routine with a disclpline personality.

JAPA – If you are feeling difficult in your meditation you can chant some Mantra over and over to maintain the same consciousness.

STUDY – You should read Upanishads, Bhagavadgita, The Sermon on the Mount, The Imitation of Christ and scriptures or texts to get knowlede on Yoga.

MEDITATION – You should not change your place everyday rather you fix a time and a place to perform your Yoga. Even you have to face the same direction in your daily routine prferably the East or the North and sit in the same Asana every day.

An Annual Resolve - You have to make an annual resolution to surrender these three bad habits like harming or hurting others, telling lies incontinence. If you are unable to give up these bad habits instantly then try to give up slowly and steadily. You should practice Ahimsa, Satya,Brahmacharya are to be practiced. You sould not try to violate your vow. You can go for fasting if violate these resolution on the first day.

A Spiritual Diary - Make review at every night before you go to bed that what you have done in your whole day. You can put some questions to yourself like "How many times have I forgotten God today?" "Did I get angry today?" etc.

With following these methods, you can go for serious Sadhana, or practice of Yoga. You will must achieve success in your life if you will put all your efforts to your Yoga with following these guides.
